Chamomile

Apple-scented flowers. Calming, caffeine-free, classic bedtime brew.

Peppermint

Sharp, cooling menthol. Digestive aid, refreshing hot or iced.

Rooibos

South African red bush. Nutty, vanilla-sweet, naturally caffeine-free.

Hibiscus

Deep ruby cup, tart cranberry-like flavor. High in vitamin C, great iced.

Ginger

Spicy, warming root. Digestive support, pairs well with lemon and honey.

Brewing herbal tea

Not tea at all — infusions of herbs, flowers, spices, and fruits. Naturally caffeine-free with functional benefits per ingredient.

Boiling water and a long steep extract the full character. Start at 212°F for six minutes. Cover the cup to keep volatile oils in.

    One tablespoon flowers, 212°F, six minutes. Cover while steeping.

    Fresh or dried leaves, 212°F, five minutes. Digestive aid.
